Including discovery, specifications, requirements, integration, support, maintenance, version control, testing, maintenance, and upgrades. Manager provides support and governance to the enterprise to ensure applications perform at their best, integrates, and runs as efficiently as possible. The applications and systems integrate with back-office functions ERP, database, middleware, CRM, other 3rd party integrated applications and SaaS cloud function. Applications manager would help determine needs, make recommendations and helping to document, test and implement solutions, processes and support training users and initiatives. The manager will review, evaluate processes and skills gap to implement and provide reliable, efficient, and cost-effective solutions that enable an enterprise to achieve its business goals. The position involves software applications on premise, cloud based and responsible for overseeing web applications (Corporate website, employee/customer portal, SharePoint, mobile applications, and interfaces. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Employee shall perform all duties and responsibilities with Sunland's Core Values at the forefront. Must be an advocate of safety and follow safety policies and procedures. Analyzing of business operations and systems to determine and improve application efficiency. Using software applications that will help in a way with consistent with business processes and procedures. Help to troubleshoot and solve issues with business software, data, and integration. Assist with training companywide offices, departments and end users with processes, procedures, and use of systems. Manage middleware, API's, ETL's, data integration. Help create and document version change control and testing processes. Oversee and manage software, web, cloud applications and solutions. Assist as needed with Helpdesk responsibilities supporting the use of software and applications solutions and platforms. Managing data integrity and effectiveness is vital to supporting the goals and growth of the business. Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential. Strong leadership, team mentoring and communication skills. Any and all other duties assigned. Physical Demands and Work Environment This position operates in a professional office environment that routinely uses standard office equipment requiring the ability to communicate in person and over the telephone with other employees, the ability to interpret printed materials and a computer screen, the stamina to maintain attention to detail despite interruptions, the ability to lift and carry supplies and files weighing up to 50 pounds and to move about the inside of the office to access supplies, office machinery, etc. May be required to work on a project site and if so, would be exposed to all weather, including extreme hot and cold temperatures. Employee might be exposed to various chemicals, vapors, pollutants, virus or other air-borne pathogens, gases, uneven surfaces, loud noises, moving vehicles or machines and dust/debris. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Occasional overtime may be required as job duties demand. Travel Must be able to travel to any and all field up to 25% to offices and jobsites without exception (including staying away from home if necessary). MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education and Work Experience A Bachelors or Graduates degree in Computer Science or business information systems. Five plus year's industry experience or equivalent combination of education and experienced ERP, CRM, Financial, HR, Payroll, Field operation applications and integration, cloud and on prem solutions. Experience with middleware, data management and integration. Knowledge and experience of SaaS, PaaS, SQL, managing of web applications, Azure, AWS. Construction related background is preferred. Helpful if experienced with ERP(Vista by Viewpoint/Trimble), B2W Estimating and Ops by Trimble, Salesforce CRM, Boomi, middleware, SharePoint, Planful, Web and mobile solutions and integration. Operates successfully and independently in a fast-paced, high-intensity work environment. On premise and cloud infrastructure experience. Highly organized with attention to detail. Priority customer support (internal/external). Able to work individually, part of a team and support other corporate departments. Ability to communicate effectively supporting companywide offices and end users. Certifications in networking helpful. Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations Passing a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening and background check is required.
